It is everyone's tax money that we manage. It is a great responsibility. Therefore, we think innovatively and use the latest technology to simplify and improve, develop and deliver IT services for the Swedish social insurance system. Welcome to one of Sweden's largest IT departments.

You have personnel responsibility as well as result and follow-up responsibility for the teams in your unit.

Your unit consists of 16–18 employees who are primarily system developers and are located in Kalix and Luleå. You create understanding of the context, direction, and the target images set by the IT department and develop the plans your operation needs. Within the IT department, we continuously work on refining and strengthening our agile development processes, where you have an important task to coach your employees in the transition and change.

Together with your fellow managers within Labor Market Policy Measures, you will have dialogue with our insurance departments to understand needs and create benefits for the departments and, above all, our citizens. As a unit manager, you are a support for the area manager and you are part of the area's management team consisting of 6 managers where you contribute with your collaborative skills, your expertise, and your commitment.
